“My order arrived very quickly and I am very satisfied with the bird food. However, despite delivery instructions and a sign on my front door, the parcel was left at the front door when it should have been taken round the back. As I am unable to open my front door I had to carry the parcel up and down steep steps to get it to the back. I am not sure whether I will order again because of the delivery.”
