This Premium High Energy Mix contains sunflower hearts, peanut granules, white millet, kibbled maize, pinhead oats, canary seed, oil seed rape and red millet. High energy sunflower hearts and chopped peanuts are in this year-round favourite. Contains no wheat. Suitable for seed feeder, bird tables and ground feeders.

“All the small grains are left to the end and are only eaten "when all else fails"! and they do make a mess getting into every nook and cranny.”

“Used to buy "Won't Grow" but when it wasn't available in the size I wanted, I went for Premium High Energy instead. It also doesn't "grow" but I seem to be re-filling the feeder more often, so I think the birds like it!”
