The quality of the seed and the staff help is excellent. There are real problems with DHS deliveries, however; it took DHS over a week to deliver 2 big sacks which had clearly been put in the hands of a new driver, sent into an unfamiliar village which s/he would have reached in the dark. DHS had previously been delivering to me without difficulty for 10 years; their depot should take responsibility for this monumental cock-up. Three times they sent me notification of this delivery and I waited with lights on until 10 pm but nobody turned up. Vinehouse Farm employees eventually sent a detailed description of my house's location and it arrived (after I had been forced to buy seed elsewhere to tide me over).

This is great mix, attracting huge variety of birds - nuthatch, yellowhammer and of course robins amongst them.
