With 50% more fat than our traditional Suet Fat Balls, our Super Suet Fat Balls are a firm favourite with garden birds and an extremely popular choice in most peoples' gardens. They are a valuable source of energy for a wide range of species, with the Tit family especially enjoying them. Made up of mealworm powder, peanut & wheat flour, finely ground & mixed with the suet, giving a pale finish. Beware of cheap suet balls as they can be mixed with sand, grit or sweepings to bulk them out

The birds love them. I hope my box of fatballs lasts until the Big Garden Birdwatch, to help me get lots of sightings.

I’ve been using the VH super suet fat balls for around 2 years now along side VH sunflower seeds & won’t be changing !! ~ the fat balls have attracted a wide variety of birds in to my garden . easy to store/feed. Fabulous quality & value for money. There’s almost no waste & of course most importantly it’s great to be supporting uk producers .

After an absence of bird food, I filled the feeders and word soon got round! The little birds are very keen on the fat balls, certainly the most popular I have ever put out, others often left and got rather stale - not these clearly tasty morsels! Thank you!

I was hoping these suet balls would have been irresistible to our starlings and finches, but sadly not the case. The starlings that would do battle over the suet in the coconut shells are just not interested. I find I have to break up these suet balls for the birds to show any interest. Also, your coconut 3/4s were much more interesting to the birds than the coconut halves.

I was interested to see that the birds prefer the basic fat balls to the new berry flavour. I put both out, and the plain flavour was eaten much more quickly.
