With 50% more fat than our traditional Suet Fat Balls, our Super Suet Fat Balls are a firm favourite with garden birds and an extremely popular choice in most peoples' gardens. They are a valuable source of energy for a wide range of species, with the Tit family especially enjoying them. Made up of mealworm powder, peanut & wheat flour, finely ground & mixed with the suet, giving a pale finish. Beware of cheap suet balls as they can be mixed with sand, grit or sweepings to bulk them out

“The product is excellent. Coincidentally, I've just proven this to my neighbour. She is moving house and gave me a tub of another brand's suet fat balls, saying that the birds won't eat them. I said that it was because they prefer to come over to us to eat ours (Vinehouse Farm Super Suet Fat balls). I said that I would prove it by creating a 'sandwich' in our fat ball cage of the Vinehouse with one of the other brand. Sure enough, ours were all happily pecked and hers was completely untouched. I photo'd this (available) and showed her the result. I suspect that Vinehouse has another customer on the way. My only complaint is that, despite confirmatory emails from DHL on my last 2 Vinehouse deliveries, neither was left in my safe place - just plonked on the front doorstep. I used the DHL feedback email address on the first occasion but received no response. I will be speaking to Vinehouse to make my next order to make them aware.”
