“Gorgeous and spacious villa with a prime location, steps to the drawbridge into the walls of Dubrovnik old town. Our wonderful hostess Matea was super attentive to our needs/requests and took to heart our experience. The villa had every amenity, the view from the patios is unforgettable. We highly recommend!”

“This villa is a real gem and it was so a pleasant surprise for us at the end of our 2-month stay in Croatia. Since Croatia was one of the safest countries amidst the covid19 panic, my wife and I packed our bags and decided to enjoy as much as possible. We stayed in 4 different private villas, traveling from the north part of the Adriatic coast to the south. Dubrovnik was the last city we stayed in and Villa Dubrovnik Gem was a cherry on the top! Being close to the city meant we could explore this wonderful historic town at our own pace. The villa itself is a very old historical building, that is transformed into a luxury residence. It has 4 bedrooms, indoor and outdoor dining area. A great addition was the fitness center with gym equipment, a sauna, and a hot tub. Our favorite part is a pool terrace with lounge seating where we started our days with coffee and ended them with wine!”

“When we arrived to the villa we expected luxury as in many of the houses we have been to. But we did not expect it to cause such strong emotions. It takes very little imagination to get back to the ancient past. The tall walls of the Old town of Dubrovnik are so near you can almost touch them. The narrow streets of Dubrovnik are just a few steps away from you, but you are high above in your "Fortress". Nothing can prepare you for that feeling of almost parallel reality!”
