“We had the most wonderful stay at this funky, art-filled villa; it has such a great vibe, with thoughtful touches everywhere and plenty of space for our group of three couples. Each room was comfortable and private, and the shared areas were perfect for relaxing together. The pool was gorgeous, with a lovely view and plenty of spots to sit and soak up the sun. Dan was an exceptional host — friendly, attentive, and genuinely keen to make sure we had the best possible time. He went well beyond what you’d expect, even driving us himself when we needed lifts, which was such a bonus. His local knowledge was brilliant too, every restaurant, beach, and activity he recommended was spot on. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The villa is stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located, and with Dan’s hospitality, it’s an easy 5/5. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and really hope to visit again at some point.”

“Wunderbare Villa in ruhiger Lage auf der Insel Ciovo mit einmaliger Aussicht aufs Meer. Villa mit Vollausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt und alles zu bieten hatte, was wir für den Urlaub benötigt haben. Super Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Dan vor der Anreise zur Klärung offener Fragen und toller Empfang bei der Anreise. Besser geht es nicht ... vielen Dank.”

“The villa was incredible and my family absolutely loved it for our week long stay in the Split area. It literally had everything you need for a fantastic stay. “Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft von unserem Gastgeber Dan empfangen. Dan war von Beginn an äusserst freundlich & hilfsbereit. Er kennt sich sehr gut in der Umgebung aus und hat uns einige „Insiderorte“ verraten. Die Villa war in einem hervorragendem Zustand und sehr sauber.”

“Wat een top vakantie hebben wij gehad ! De streek met zijn vele strandjes en dorpjes,wondermooi ! En dan de villa zelf toplocatie,knap ingericht,ruim,zeer netjes,alles voor handen. Volledig aan onze verwachtingen voldaan. Je krijgt waar voor je geld ! Ook de eigenaar,Dan, wat een topkerel,stond klaar met een biertje bij aankomst,uitgebreide rondleiding gekregen,niets te veel . Hij was steeds paraat voor tips en praktische feedback . Hij kent de streek als geen ander,wij zijn fan ! Zeker 6 in plaats van 5 sterren ,wij komen terug !”

“We were in heaven!!! My husband and I don’t have the words to express how incredible Dan was throughout this entire weeklong stay. He really went way above and beyond to make us feel welcome and truly spoiled! We honestly felt like we were on our honeymoon. Dan made sure we saw the Croatia he loves and recommended so many amazing places and restaurants that we just started calling him “Dan the Man”. The villa itself is super dreamy … a masterpiece created with love. Everywhere you look is something interesting with a story behind it. It has everything you can possibly want and things you don’t even know you needed. And the views…!!! The views are beautiful online but sooooooo much better in person - unforgettable!!! I honestly cried when I left because my heart was so full of love and happy memories that we will never forget. Truly a 10000/10! We will definitely be back!!! Pro tip: Say please and thank you and smile with gratitude…it goes a long way!!!”

“Wow! This is a Rock Star Villa and was just about perfect in every way, spotlessly clean and well organised. The view from the villa and infinity pool is just stunning. The location was also great for getting to the old town of Trogir and other locations on Ciovo island. Dan the owner is an amazing host and could not be more helpful and went out of his way to ensure the stay and the villa was perfect. I would recommend Villa Riva as a great place to stay in Croatia and would return.”
