“We were a group of 7 with kids and stayed for a week in August. We were greeted by the villa manager Josipa, she brought some nice fruits and water to welcome us with and explained important details about the villa. The area around the villa gets very busy, which is typical for this time of the year. The nearest beach is nice, suitable even for small kids however the road that you need to cross from the villa to the beach gets quite busy and drivers usually drive carelessly. There is limited shade at the closest beach and usually fully occupied early in the morning. The villa itself is a little more worn out compared to the pictures. Basement rooms have quite damp odour that we couldn’t get rid of (no rain and high temperatures so weather wasn’t the cause) Be prepared for ants, they appeared as soon as food and mosquitoes, windows don’t have mosquito nets. The kitchen has useful accessories, however we found it a little challenging to cook for 7 people there. Dishwasher is a great addition as well as coffee maker and large fridge with a freezer. The outdoor grill is good and conveniently placed next to a sink and the summer terrace. The summer terrace was great but only with the AC on, otherwise there was unbearable heat. It provides nice space for dining or playing board games for a larger group like ours. Pool was great, clean, large and temperature of the water was fine too as the temperatures outside were over 30 degrees, it was refreshing. It’s depth is around 1,4m so our son couldn’t reach the bottom, something to bear in mind if coming with little kids. The sun-beds have seen their best times, the wood was rotten so it broke below an average weight person, however they did come to fix it in a couple of days. We didn’t use the jacuzzi as it gave out burning smell when we turned it on, however the view from the roof is spectacular. There is parking space for one car, any other cars had to be parked on the street, it can be hard to find a spot as the location was very busy. The gate to the parking spot is remotely controlled, however it closes too quickly and it hit and damaged our car before we managed to park (the street is narrow and it is hard to park there if you have a larger car). In general we had good time but the price of the villa doesn’t meet up to the expectations.”

“Cudowne miejsce! Do wyboru 2 wielkie tarasy ze wspaniałym widokiem, jacuzzi na 6 osób oraz wewnętrzny dziedziniec z grillem i basenem. Przy basenie altana z możliwością zamknięcia przeszklonych drzwi i korzystania z klimatyzacji lub ogrzewania. Przepiękne klimatyczne oświetlenie wieczorem. Byliśmy tam na przełomie kwietnia i maja, pogoda nie dopisała, więc nie skorzystaliśmy z basenu (jest on zbyt duży aby dobrze nagrzać wodę jeśli jest zimno na podwórku). Ale jacuzzi nam to wynagrodziło, zwłaszcza wieczory z widokiem na oświetlone miasteczka na lądzie. Do Trogiru taksówką 10 minut. Blisko sklepy. W kuchni wszystko co potrzebne do przygotowania posiłków. Dwie sypialnie na najniższym piętrze miały trochę słabą wentylację i zapach wilgoci. Ale może to dlatego że byliśmy jeszcze przed sezonem i pogoda była zimna. Ogólnie bardzo dobrze wspominamy to miejsce i chętnie byśmy wrócili. Pozdrowienia dla właściciela oraz pani Josipa, którzy bardzo miło nas powitali.”

“Unsere verköpfige Familie hat eine tolle Woche in der Villa Arbanessa verbracht. Die Aufteilung der Räume ist zwar speziell - der Zugang erfolgt über eine Aussentreppe - hat aber für uns perfekt gepasst. Es gibt überall Terrassen um zu chillen, je nach Sonnenstand im Schatten oder eben an der Sonne. Das Pool und der Whirlpool sind grossartig. Die Küche könnte noch etwas besser und einheitlicher mit Geschirr ausgerüstet werden. Für ein Frühstück reicht es gut, für regelmässiges Kochen eher weniger. Dafür gibt es gleich in der Umgebung gute Restaurants, besonders empfehlenswert ist die Villa Tina, 5 Minuten zu Fuss Lobenswert ist auch die Betreuung durch VIP-Holiday Booker und die lokale Betreuung von Josipa.”

“Die Villa sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Wir waren drei Familien mit insgesamt acht Personen, und die Größe der Villa war absolut ausreichend. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Outdoor-Küche und dem Essbereich im Freien - einfach fantastisch! Das Haus war äußerst sauber, und alle Räume waren klimatisiert, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Auch der Pool war in einem einwandfreien Zustand und wurde alle zwei Tage gereinigt. Bei Fragen stand uns die Agentur jederzeit zur Verfügung und reagiert sehr schnell. Die Parkplätze vor Ort waren ein großer Pluspunkt, und der Strand ist tatsächlich nur wenige Schritte von der Villa entfernt. Die Umgebung ist zudem sehr ruhig und entspannend. Wir würden die Villa jedem gast uneingeschränkt empfehlen!”
