“During our recent holiday, we had the pleasure of staying at the Villa Ponderosa. From the moment we arrived, the villa's modern design and impeccable cleanliness instantly caught our attention and set the stage for a memorable stay. The villa boasted all the modern conveniences one could desire, making it a true home away from home. We were pleasantly surprised to find that every amenity we could possibly need was readily available. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our meals with ease, and the living area provided the perfect space for relaxation and family time. It was evident that the owner, Mr. Mates, had put considerable thought into ensuring guests' comfort and convenience. He warmly greeted us and personally gave us a tour of the property. Furthermore, he made it clear that he was just a phone call away should we need any assistance or have any questions during our stay. The villa's location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area with a hire car. The charming town of Zadar, with its historical appeal and delectable seafood cuisine, was about a 30 minutes drive away. We took the opportunity to visit in the late afternoon and evening, and it was an enchanting experience to wander through the old town and indulge in a fantastic seafood meal. Split, again a vibrant town to visit is about 1 hour 45 minutes. For nature enthusiasts, Ponderosa Villa's proximity to both Krka and Plitvice national parks was a major plus - about 1 hour 30 from each. Although both parks are remarkable in their own right, if you're short on time and can only visit one, we highly recommend choosing Plitvice. Its cascading waterfalls and picturesque trails are amazing not to mention the drive up through the mountains on the way. The weather up there was completely different to the villa so take a raincoat just in case! In conclusion, our stay at Ponderosa Villa exceeded all expectations. The modern and immaculate accommodations, coupled with the attentive and friendly service from Mr. Mates, made it an unforgettable holiday. The villa's convenient location to Zadar, Krka, and Plitvice, and Split /Trogir further enhanced our experience. If you're looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in Croatia, Ponderosa Villa comes highly recommended.”
