“I can without doubt say this was the best family holiday we have ever been on. I'd give the villa, and our hosts, 6 stars if I could. The villa is stunning, and had ample space for our party of 10 which comprised of 4 adult couples (one with a baby), and our 12 year old daughter. From the moment we arrived, the host (Marin) and his wife made us feel welcome as they were there to greet us on our arrival. They took the time to give us a tour of the villa, taking as much time as we needed to look round and ask questions, and made sure I had Marin's direct contact details. Marin and his wife had also prepared us a platter of meats, cheeses and fruits for our arrival, plus some of their home made sherry. This set the tone very well for our vacation. The villa itself, I won't go on about the facilities as you can read that on the VIP Holiday Booker page, but I will say it lives up to expectation. The views are also fantastic. During our stay, Marin was prompt to respond to any queries, and made us feel welcome and supported in his villa. We were also treated to a traditional Croation dish "Peka", cooked by Marin, which was incredible, and yet another example of their fantastic hospitality. Tie all this in with the excellent service from our VIP holiday booker concierge Carmen, and it made for a fantastic holiday. So, book this place without hesitation. You won't find a better host, or probably a better villa.”

“Amazing stay and outstanding hospitality! Our week-long stay at Villa Blue Ivy was absolutely amazing! Right from the start, we were welcomed with a delicious treat, which was a wonderful touch. We highly recommend this place to everyone! A special thanks goes to Marin, who was incredibly helpful with everything throughout our stay. Even when our car broke down, he went above and beyond to help us out. We couldn't have asked for a better host. Thank you for making our holiday so special! Cudowne miejsce i niesamowici ludzie! “This villa was outstanding and we loved it! We were two families (8 adults in total) with plenty of room to spread out and activities for everyone to enjoy. The house was super clean, modern and comfortable, the beds were very comfortable and a great gym area in the basement that many of us used almost every day. Our hosts (Marin and his wife) were very kind, welcoming and always available to answer our questions. They cooked dinner for us on our last night at the villa, a Croatian Peka dish, which was outstanding!! The views from the villa were spectacular and the location of the villa was perfect, easy to get to both Split and Trogir. We would definitely return and highly recommend this villa!!”

“We spent a wonderful week at this villa celebrating a 70th birthday, and it proved to be the perfect venue for our family gathering. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a lovely platter of traditional prosciutto, which set a great tone for our stay. The host was exceptionally helpful throughout the week and went out of their way to prepare a classic Croatian Peka dinner for us one evening, a truly memorable culinary experience. The properties' facilities are outstanding and kept everyone entertained. We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, the basketball court, the golf area, and the well-equipped game room. Overall, the excellent amenities combined with the host's high level of hospitality made our celebration seamless and enjoyable. We highly recommend this property for families or larger groups looking for a high-quality stay.”

“We almost didn't want to leave. Two families, and the villa handled it all without missing a beat. Modern, well-kept, and spotlessly clean — exactly what you hope for but don't always get. The layout gave everyone their own space, and the outdoor area became our default setting from day one. The amenities are what drew us here, and they delivered. The kids were in their element, the adults weren't far behind, and some of our best moments happened without ever leaving the property. There's something genuinely special about a place that lets you slow down. Sleeping in, lazy mornings, no agenda — it felt like a proper holiday, not just a place to sleep between excursions. Marin was wonderful throughout — warm, responsive, and the kind of host who goes the extra mile without making a fuss about it. We were arriving late with stores closed, so we sent him a grocery list ahead of time and he made sure the fridge was stocked and ready when we walked in. Such a small thing, but after a long travel day it made a huge difference. On our last evening he prepared a traditional Croatian peka for us, which was a generous touch and the perfect way to end the trip. We'd go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.”

“This is a stunning property and we had an amazing stay. We were a family group of 5 adults and 5 teenagers, aged from 15 to 81 and it was perfect for all of us. The whole property, inside and out was spotless and very well maintained. The hosts were exceptional, meeting and greeting us with a tour of the property and a lovely welcome package of homemade food, drink and grocery essentials. They cooked us a traditional Croatian meal one evening and brought us a gift when we departed. The villa's amenities were extensive and exactly as described and pictured in the listing. Even though we were there at the end of October, we made good use of the pool and the outdoor kitchen. It's in a great location, with fantastic views, close to the airport and halfway between Trogir and Split. Kliss fortress is a short drive away and Krka waterfalls are less than an hour. We would definitely return here if we were to visit the area again.”

“We enjoyed this beautiful house to the fullest. When we arrived, we were treated with a welcome gift. The hosts were super friendly and nice. During our stay, we played bball, ping pong, golf, billiard, swims in the beautiful pool, enoyed the incredible sunsets and many more. You do not need to bring the equipment for the games, there is everything on site for it. The dinner we could enjoy in a small "garden hat" which also offers a grill. in the house are also sport machines and a sauna. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. Also towels to the pool are provided. In the night it was quiet. One bedroom is only accessible via another bedroom which we were not aware of when booking. This was fine for us. We recommend this accomendation.”
