“Veoma smo zadovoljni nasim boravkom u vili. Imali smo i vise nego sto nam je potrebno za super odmor. Dovoljno prostora i za svakog ponesto za nas odrasle i za decu. Ujutru je bilo lepo doruckovati i popiti kafu pored bazena, kao i uvece kad zalazi sunce. Sve je bilo super, i rado cemo opet doci. Veliki pozdrav za vlasnike koji su bili veoma ljubazni i usluzni. Vidimo se opet!”

Liebe Ella, Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Es tut uns leid, dass einige Punkte während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen haben. Bezüglich des unangenehmen Geruchs aus der Kanalisation möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass dieses Problem inzwischen vollständig behoben wurde. Es wurden spezielle Entwässerungsrinnen installiert, wodurch das Problem vollständig behoben wurde. Die Ladestation für Elektrofahrzeuge war nicht defekt. Um die Nutzung künftig noch einfacher zu gestalten, erhalten unsere Gäste inzwischen detaillierte Anweisungen zur Bedienung. Der Pool verfügt über eine Heizung. Da es sich jedoch um einen Infinity-Pool handelt, kann dieser nicht mit einer Abdeckung versehen werden. Bei niedrigeren Außentemperaturen kann es daher etwas länger dauern, bis die Wärmepumpe die gewünschte Wassertemperatur erreicht. Vielen Dank nochmals für Ihre Hinweise.
