“Just purchased the Pilates barrel set, quick delivery, Well packaged and good quality product, but 2 pieces were missing from the set! Contacted Vitality 4 Life and Tracy was very apologetic as 2 boxes should have been sent out. Tracy organised an over night delivery for the balance. Balance arrived on time and in good condition.....Thank you Tracy, very happy with the Barrel Set! Apparently the Pilates equipment in a new range to them and the website is not very informative. I am also interested in the Full Trapeze and have had to ask questions on dimensions, and what you get for your money, as its not clear on the Website.... I suggest you update your website to make it clear what you are getting for your money!! Overall i would say website - Very Poor - Customer service by Tracy - Very Good!! Product - Very Good”
