“I LOVE IT! I was recommended it by a friend to relieve night cramps in my legs - also constipation and arthritic pain. I do not suffer from these anymore - am hoping with time it will improve my lower back but I am sure that will take much longer. I have been using it for 2 weeks several times a day that is all. I would thoroughly recommend it 100%”
