“Vital 4 Life Refund Policy states . . ."Refund within 3 working days". Yet, I have sent several polite requests for a refund to Tracy@Support. Fobbing and now predictable responses, "We'll refund in 5 days", "I'll contact Finance", "I'll chase them” and "I’ll chase Finance". 3 months later and still no refund and no response from the CEO Roger. On trying to contact the finance department directly the public recieve this message "The Microsoft 365 group, finance@vitality4life.com, is configured to reject messages sent to it from outside its organization" Almost as if no one is allowed to have access to them.”
