“It was not made clear in instructions that the lid needs to be clicked on tightly, otherwise the blender doesn’t work. This happened to me, and I was ready to blend carrot and coriander soup. I thought that the appliance was faulty, and e mailed you, followed by a phone call. When I successfully used the blender, I was very pleased with the results!!”
