“l was referred to this product by my niece who is 30 years my junior and found it to be very effective in managing my insomnia. l have recently retired as a registered nurse after a long history of working Night Duty (FOR 30 YEARS) and found that returning my mind & body to a ''normal'' sleeping rhythm was extremely difficult. Unfortunately, l didn't place my consecutive order early enough, hence l was without the product for 2-3 weeks, which was the most unsettled period that l have experienced since i started taking Melatonin 10mg SLOW RELEASE.
