“I'm a big fan of Natrol. Have been using it for years. Puts me to sleep fairly quickly. I find it also seems to calm a 'racing mind'. I gave my daughter some for a work trip away and then my son in law who travels for work also. They both use it as well now. No longer off to the doctors and then having to explain why you want sleeping pills and no more consideration of addiction. And no 'hangover' in the morning. Price is great too.”
