“Unfortunately, after a few weeks of taking this, explosive diarrhoea set in. I stopped taking it, however, couldn’t leave the house every morning for the next three weeks. There is a forum about this very side effect. I am obviously one of the unlucky ones. Maybe it should be mentioned on the bottle. I won’t be using this again. Didn’t help me sleep - gave me some weird nightmares as well.”
