“My son put me onto these and they have certainly helped. I'm a shift worker and live in a very noisy area so occasionally I take 1 tablet to assist me with being able to fall asleep and stay asleep. My advice though is ensure you allow adequate time for a good sleep as these will leave you groggy still if taken and sleep time is less than 7hrs.”
