“I have been using OGF for about 2-3 years. I feel a noticeable boost when I take it and find that it helps in situations such as recovery from a workout, hangover(!), overall recovery from anything that makes you not feel good. One time I suffered heat exhaustion golfing in the desert at extreme temperatures. When I returned to the condo, I not only drank lots of water and ate (we were starving too), but I also took my daily dose of OGF ahead of the next day. It really helped. I believe in OGF and recommend it.”
