“No actual complaints about the product. Don’t know if it makes a difference in my health or not. Taking it to help liver detox and boost immune system along with other supplements. I/we do not take the Rob Keller multi as it does not contain several vitamins we need in the methylated form. Basically useless. I wish they would get with the current research and change/upgrade that. The 3 stars is partly also for the customer service. It is very hard to call and get a person to answer. I hate playing phone tag and getting nowhere to update or change an order. Shipping price is quite high. They are making some extra cash on that. Especially since they do not allow you to ship family members orders together to the same household to try to save yourself some money! OGF is a good product as far as I know but there are other issues you have to deal with.”
