“OGF was recommended to me by a health professional many years ago, and I guess I've taken it for granted. However, quite recently, my husband has been going through a rough patch, so I persuaded (bullied) him into taking OGF as well. He's suddenly sleeping through the night - almost unbelievable as he's been tormented for years, and seems to help in other visible areas as well, like starting to lose a smidgen of weight.
