“I have been using OGF for 10 years. It has been invaluable to me. When I started, my twins were 9 and I was in my mid 50's. I couldn't keep up. After OGF I started a soccer team for kids that I continued to managed for 9 years. I coordinated a ski club for 150 kids for 4 years. I became involved in community activities. I didn't have the energy to do those things when I was 40. When you fist start, give it three months to really feel the difference. If you are having a stressful period, increase the dosage. I sometimes take 12 in a day if I am extra tired or have a lot going on.”

“I do not just feel good about taking a very good product. But after using OGF for two weeks I know it is helping me, I have more energy than before taking OGF and knowing that it is getting into my cells and iliminating damage to my cells from all harmful ingredients in the air we breath and things we consume.
