“Unfortunately I had to return the item to the shop as it would not stick to my bathroom tiles. I cleaned the area thoroughly and positioned the bar as advised in the instructions but never got to use it. Within five minutes it had fallen off and after a second attempt it only lasted ten minutes before again falling off. Clearly not good enough for my needs!”

Hello Mr Petty, many thanks for your comments. Suction grab rails do sometimes have difficulty sticking to certain tiles, I’m glad our showroom staff managed to sort out the refund for you. If you are still searching for an option I’d recommend out wall fixed grab rails in this case as they will definitely give you more support. Many thanks Tristan
