“Fantastic equipment, it is extremely easy to use. It will not let you lift the patients until it is correctly assembled. We have community staff using it with our Fire and Rescue Service, with really good outcomes for the patient and their family.”

“I am a fairly frequent faller, I have a damaged spinal cord which leads to problems with balance and my joints are past their best before date. This used to mean crawling to the stairs and using them to get upright again. I recently discovered the existence of the Raizer ll Falls Emergency Lifting Chair and this has changed my life. I got in touch with Yorkshire Care equipment and thanks to their most helpful staff, they sent me a chair which has set me free.”

“The product is really useful for patients whether in the home or in a ward environment. You can get into small spaces. The only down side is that the battery pack is quite heavy and bulky especially if taking out in the community.”

“I made an enquiry about the Raizer chair. Later that day I was given a choice of demonstration dates, the earliest being a few days away. Steve arrived as arranged, demonstrated the chair, answered all my questions and provided email confirmation the next day. Delivery was by courier 48hrs after placing my order. Minimum fuss, maximum result.”
