“The Raizer chair arrived quickly and we have so far had to use it once after a fall. It was so easy to use and I was off the floor quickly. It felt very safe and comfortable. Having this and knowing it works has removed a lot of anxiety for us.”

“My Raizer M was delivered 5 days after I ordered it which I consider good service as I live in Guernsey. On receiving the Raiser my wife and I decided to try it out straight away and we were amazed how easy it is to use. My wife is in her seventies and had no trouble assembling the unit and then easily winding me up to a height that I was able to stand. I am not able to get off the floor if I fall and the Raizer M now gives us peace of mind in the event of me not being able to get up. Thank you for your excellent service it really is appreciated.”

“I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with the efficient and swift help I received. Maxine understood immediately that I needed urgent help, my husband having fallen twice in three days. She organised delivery of the Raizer M, which arrived within 24 hours of my conversation with her. She also sent me additional "toptips" which were useful. I would highly recommend the chair as easy to put together and operate. Having the Raizer M has given my husband and me peace of mind that we do not have to rely on outside help. It also means that we don't take up scarce NHS resources, needing an ambulance and trips to A&E. Thank you - fantastic product and the best customer service.”
