“Excellent customer service. I managed to order the same order twice :( The customer service teamed spotted my mistake, emailed me to confirm the orders were duplicated and credited my account immediatly. 1 order arrived, ponchos are fantastic quality, keeping me warm and cosy when getting out of the pool :) Really pleased.”

“FYI if this helps I am 5ft 2. Petite frame and weigh 8 stone. This poncho is the perfect size with lots of room and perfect calf length I use it for after swimming and walking from swimming pool to changing room.. It is light and drys you very quickly 4stars as I prefer and find robes easier to throw on than ponchos but this is cool and stylish”

“Gorgeous poncho. Perfect sizing & a secret zipped pocket inside centre ouch which is handy. Nice big gaps at the side to put hands in to help getting changed. Pattern is beautiful & material so quality thick & imagine it will be absorbent. Really pleased”
