“I was in between sizes and ordered S/M which fitted nicely but after some helpful advice from Vivida exchanged for a M/L to provide more room for changing. Very happy with service and prompt responses to queries. The poncho is great, it looks even nicer than in the pictures, I’ve used already after sea swims and recommended to family. Thank you!”

We're very sorry that you have not received your poncho. We have no communication from you to let us know you did not receive it. If we had of done then we would most definitely have sorted it out for you so are am sorry that you did not contact us first. Your order was updated with the tracking information with Royal Mail. It shows that they tried to deliver it on the 24th August but there was no-one in. It has been sat in your local delivery office since this time. They are normally very good at leaving a card so we are sorry if they didn't this time. Can we rectify this for you and send you another poncho anyway? We did also send you an email on the 13th September.

“Really nice arm openings for changing. Not as heavy as my old robe, so much nicer for carrying. Loved the material & pattern. Would definitely buy again.”

“This is the second robe I have bought from Vivida the first for my daughter and second for myself. The style and quality, is fabulous along with the speedy delivery, so much so I have recommended to friends. I love that is openings/pockets make it so easy, and the hidden zip pocket is a great idea.”
