“Le 11 Février 2021, j'ai commandé sur votre site un poncho Premium Olive bleu sarcelle M/L. Quelques jours plus tard j'ai reçu un mail + un SMS de Chronopost me demandant de régler un peu plus de 25 Euros de frais de douane. Au moment de la commande, rien n'indique qu'il y aura ces frais de douane à payer, sinon je n'aurais pas commander cet l'article qui devient trop cher pour moi. J'ai fait une réclamation par mail le 22 février afin de faire le remboursement. J'ai reçu une réponse me disant que le remboursement se fera dès le retour du l'article. Depuis plus rien : toujours pas de remboursement et pas de nouvelle de l'expéditeur ! Merci de donner suite à ma demande de remboursement. Cordialement.”
