“The towel itself was very nice but I felt hugely discouraged by the fact a few days later I found the exact same towel for sale on Amazon for MORE than half the price and with free delivery and free returns. Paid to return this one and bought from Amazon instead! Also despite Vivida advertising that they offer free postage on their returns label they don’t, I had to pay for both delivery and return postage. Vivida customer service weren’t particularly helpful when I pointed this out. A bit ‘oh well’. Due to that I wouldn’t recommend buying direct from them, shop around, these are very overpriced.”
