“I love the fabric, color, design, and weight. Unfortunately, the zipper is the worst zipper I've ever encountered. The first robe I received got the 2-way zipper pulled apart while I was driving. I could never fix if. I took it to a seamstress who was unable to fix or replace. On the plus side, customer service was very good, and offered to send a new robe. Now that I've received the second robe, the zipper is no better than on the first one. Vivida needs to find a new zipper supplier to compete in this market space. . My DryRobe zipper never did this.”
