“Didn't receive my product in time, even though I paid for expedited shipping. Great product, but website states nowhere on the check-out page, when selecting the expedited 2 day shipping method, that the company might take several days to actually ship the product. If that were clearly stated I wouldn't have actually paid for expedited shipping and I would have ordered on Amazon instead (since they actually follow through on the shipping time stated).”
