This is a great water filter kit. Top quality, and the quick-disconnect input and output fittings make installation much, much easier due to the fact that other connections can be made before finalizing the hookup with the quick connects at the unit. One thing I wish I had known I needed (and that Voltage stocked) is a converter from the 3/8" BSP male threads on the output elbow to get into the SAE thread system. Without that adapter, there is no way to connect a USA braided line to the coffee maker. I was able to find the necessary adapters on Amazon, and there's a 3/8" BSP female to 3/8" compression male adapter available on EspressoParts (the only supplier I could find) if you want to convert with a single piece. EspressoParts also has 3/8" BSP female to press-in plastic pipe adapters, if you want to go that route. Voltage has some good videos about how to connect an older version of the filter head unit to your water supply and to your coffee maker, but the parts are slightly different from the current version, and Voltage no longer offers some of the parts shown in the videos. So be sure to plan out exactly how you are going to make the connections. You may need to source the necessary parts from other suppliers.
