“I ordered a part from this company. It was advertised at an attractive price and a part reference and numbers that would fit my furnace only later to have found out that the company canceled my order. I was told them to try to order again they canceled it again/twice, then they tried to offer me a different part number and a different price point significantly higher than the original and they thought they were doing me a favor by giving me 5% off of the new revised higher price. Total scam…. do not order from this company if you’re lucky to read this and they didn’t order their responses and customer comments by by putting good comments first maybe you’ll get to this… please go somewhere else to get parts and don’t deal with these people that are totally not customer focused!”
