“I ordered the item. It arrived damaged. I called but they would not process my claim by phone. I emailed as advised. The response to my claim wasn’t to me at the wrong address. I called again. The email was sent to me at the correct email address. I am still determining what to do or how to respond.

“Grille came in badly damaged as it was poorly packaged. I did however receive a prompt refund when I emailed about it. The grille however we was not a hart & Cooley. It was an an off brand of some kind.”
