“Never received, you sent Tracking Number saying it was shipped, then you sent this Review request, BUT guess what it was never shipped and now you are telling us you can't get it and are refunding our $$$. Why did you provide Tracking number and ask for this review if you didn't ship or even have in stock.”

Apologies, as this was a mess up on our end, which we acknowledge. Your order made it through our fulfillment automation and a tracking number was created. We realized too late that there was a mix-up in our inventory file and we did not actually have this item in stock. We are looking into how the tracking number got created to avoid future issues like this, but sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused.
