“Using google search I looked for a replacement fan motor by model # and selected the Voomi site as description was exactly what I wanted. I DID NOT look at the sku number as I never order that way but in fact the order I placed was for an sku number that was different from the motor I needed. Return was a hassle but ultimately Voomi credited me for the purchase and actually tried to understand what happened so they could improve their order site, I greatly admire that response.”
