“I have been disappointed with this purchase. Was looking forward to using the app to "control my spa" functions, but so far I haven't been able to keep the unit connected. Every since installing I see the "Gateway Offline" error message. I have repeatedly re-installed the app, reset my wifi, reset the unit, reset the time, temp, etc. - but nothing helps. Does not perform as advertised - save your money and control your own spa manually.”

“Gateway works well. Base unit wouldn't connect to internet until I set my router to also handle 2.4 Ghz. Very handy to be able to set filter schedule, temps and run jets remotely.”
