“I submitted an order and requested on the phone verification of the part number, and again when I received an order verification via email, I requested verfication of the part number, both times I was assured we would received 70-0121-113G0-536K. When we received the actuator, it was a newer version with a new part number. Fortunately our engineering request to change the part number was approved rather quickly, but most often we would be forced to retrun the product if it is not the part number we ordered. Disappointing that no one actually conirmed the part number.”
