“This induction motor is plug and play for the Lenox ML195DF series which includes my model ML195DF070XP36B and it comes with new screws and a gasket. My rental property furnace is back up and running and it saved me having to pay $1,800 for a service technician to do the work. I thought it was stil under warantee so I called the installer. The dispatcher mislead me into thinking I had a 5 year Lenox warantee plus their extended 5 year warantee. The troubleshooting technician confirmed what I already knew about the failure. Said it was not covered by warantee and charged me $100 for confirming my diagnosis... Bottom line - if you are comfortable digging up a repair video and doing the work yourself then you will save a lot of money $$$$$”
“Ordered a replacement for the failed original blower assembly in my furnace. The new part looks and fits exactly like the original assembly. All electrical ratings are the same: 115 Volts, 2.35 Amps, 3400 RPM. There is a visual difference in the back of the motor where the bearing is located. Both parts are made by Fasco. The new assembly arrived on time and was successfully installed in the furnace. It takes about 5 minutes to perform the swap.”
