“The Evaporator Coil I ordered was not the one I needed but that was my fault. I went through the return procedure and the package was mutilated when they received it, obviously by FedEx during the shipment but they chose to blame me for faulty packaging and refused my refund. I find this to be irresponsible and terrible customer service as I am now forced to pay for a part I can't use because of FedEx mishandling.”
