“I haven't installed the REME-H unit received. A few days later I received a second REME-H unit, which I did not order. I requested a prepaid UPS label, but as of yet it has not been received.

Thank you for this feedback. We are aware of this situation and have reached out to the warehouse to figure out how this happened.
