“I ordered a RT6 Thermostat and received a RT7. I called immediately and the man that took my call said he would check into what happened and would send me a return label to return the wrong one and then would ship the correct one right away as I needed it ASAP. He did not call me or order anything new or send a return label!!!! GREAT Customer Service!! Will never buy from this Company again!! I would appreciate a full refund”
