“The item came broken with paper work from a different customer also. Looks as though I got a return product sent to me. Still don’t know when or if I’ll get a replacement. I would just like to get my money back”

Bought it to replace the one that died on a five year old water heater - not the best testimony for Honeywell, as they are one of the biggest names in the business.
