“Instruction on install pamphlet was useless. There's illustrations without descriptions and vice versa. Had to call customer service after finding a US Branch location and confirm the wiring.
There's no extension on the alarm wires. Why make a 6 foot cable extension when you'll be forced to wire the alarm 1 foot? Can just barely put it on the otherside of the wall.
I brought this up with customer service at Blue Diamond and there's no improvements in the works or at the present time
Do yourself a favor and chose a different condensate pump company.”
