“Excellent products, great quality. Had delivered as a gift. The courier provided a delivery date, changed this twice and then delivered on a different date. Instructions from courier were that it had to be signed for. On delivery a message was received saying the parcel had been left at the front door. This was not the case. It had been thrown over the wall into the front garden, several yards from the front door.”
