“Hi...really love this scent in my home and delighted to purchase refill. Just to say I did think I'd a new set of reeds/ sticks would be sent with it that's the only thing. Usually receive in shops when getting a refill. Perhaps that can be reviewed. Otherwise packaging was secure,v good and thanks. Claire”
