“Unfortunately I did not receive my order as I had to cancel it due to the delivery courier used by voya which was UPS.The parcel went from Sligo to Northern Ireland ( I’m in Donegal) and then to France !!! Support via email stated that I could cancel or they would resend but as I wanted it for a specific date I just cancelled. Support was good! I have used voya before but would be hesitant again due to courier issues”

The delivery was speedy,which was a lovely bonus,and the product itself did not disappoint. The scent is beautiful,a perfect balance of warm, woody cedarwood with the fresh,uplifting notes of bergamot.It creates a calming yet luxurious atmosphere in the room without being overpowering.The fragrance is long-lasting, keeping my room smelling fresh for weeks. “This is the most luxurious diffuser ever. I was a fan of Jo Malone until I visited my niece and walked into her family room. The scent was a delight. I immediately asked her where she had purchased it. Of course I was online getting one for my own home that evening. So gentle, lovely and mysterious. A real winner.”
