“As someone who has struggled with acne both as a teenager and as an adult, I’ve become extremely selective about the skincare products I use. I always do thorough research before purchasing anything; especially when it comes to ingredients and their proven efficacy. For years now, I’ve relied exclusively on organic, clean, and science-backed skincare, because I believe that what we put on our skin truly matters. I can honestly say that Totally Balmy is the best cleansing balm I’ve ever tried (and I’ve tried many! — "many" is an understatement, actually), throughout my life. Its ingredients are not only natural but also supported by solid scientific research. Seaweed, for instance, is one of the key components, and studies have shown its powerful benefits for the skin. This balm also promotes lymphatic drainage, which is essential for maintaining healthy, glowing skin. The product comes with a beautifully designed leaflet that explains each step of the cleansing and massage routine (complete with images that make it very easy to follow). If you take a few minutes to do the recommended lymphatic massage, you’ll notice improved circulation and a fresher overall appearance. A little goes a long way with this balm: you only need a small amount, so the jar will last quite some time. The texture is luxurious and smooth, and it leaves the skin deeply cleansed, soft, and perfectly prepped to absorb the next steps of your skincare routine. Finally, the organic muslin cloth included in the package is of premium quality; you can feel it at first touch. Just make sure to hand-wash it to keep it in great condition. “My favourite Voya product, one I've used for a while now and it's a skin food imo. Use it in conjunction with a foaming cleanser and have discovered the Voya Cleansing wash works really well. I avoid harsh and aim for nourish, this does it.”
