“I used to LOVE this - have gone through at least 10 bottles. However, they changed the formulation and it isn't soothing anymore and smells very strongly/badly. Not good for my sensitive skin. I bought 3 bottles in my last order so am very disappointed, don't know what to do with all of them. I will find an alternative going forward, unless they change back to the old formulation!”

“I have really dry, sensitive skin and im vegan so finding cruelty free, vegan skin care is important to me. I LOVE this cleanser. It is very mild and light but takes off makeup easily and it's very hydrating. I don't wear perfume and don't like strong smelling products. This cleanser is perfect. I have tired many high end skin care brands over the years and none compare to voya. I wouldn't use any other brand now.”
